Q. Can I order a custom soap? Gift boxes?
Custom orders are always welcome. We can change the scent, size, colours or whatever you’re dreaming of. Simply get in touch with us and we can discuss your next order.
Q. What are the ingredients?
Each product has an ingredient list in the description. If you want to learn more we will do our best to answer your questions.
Q. Are your products vegan?
With the exception of a few of the products they are all vegan. The exceptions are lip balms made with beeswax and organic raw honey in the Valley Breakfast Bar. The honey and beeswax used is from our own hives.
Q. What if I’m not happy with my order?
Returns
If your package arrives damaged please get in touch with us within four days of receiving it at pamela@savonscoulonge.com
to make a claim.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Need to be dealt with through the respective shipping company. Tracking numbers will be provided.
In most cases we use Canada Post Shipping.
Cancellations
We process orders within 1-3 business days. If you wish to cancel your order please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at: pamela@savonscoulonge.com with "CANCELLATION" in the subject line.
Just Unhappy with Your Order?
Unhappy with your purchase? As you cannot use testers in-store, we are happy to accept unopened, unused products for a full refund within 15 days of purchase on online purchases. Goods must be returned to us in saleable condition with all original packaging to qualify. For hygiene reasons, we regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened or used. Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed. Return for shipping label requests are to be sent to pamela@savonscoulonge.com
Q. If you only accept returns on unopened product, how will I know if I am unhappy with it?
If it is your first time purchasing a skin care product, you can request that one sample each of the purchased products be added to your order to allow you to try it before opening. Samples are subject to availability, and only for non-liquid skincare and makeup foundations.

Flat rate shipping is as follows on orders under $75:
